Tali Elitzur, LPC

Hello! My name is Tali, and I am trauma-conscious clinical counselor licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.  I became a therapist as a second career, and in doing so it became clear that I found my professional home. Right from the start I decided to work with survivors of interpersonal trauma such as domestic abuse, sexual violence, racial and identity-related abuse, stalking, and similar challenges.  My work with nonprofits and owning a trauma-focused wellness center helped me put together a collection of community resources and relationships with other trauma-conscious clinicians. Many of my clients benefit from a coordinated and collaborative treatment team.

Trauma-concious therapy

Relationship patterns have ways of repeating themselves. They have nuanced and complex ways of taking a toll on your relationship with yourself.  We can work together to break the cycle, so you can reclaim your life.
